The Fund will provide annual audited reports on the performance of outstanding investments. Investors will be updated with periodic reports, via marketing materials such as newsletters. Investors would also be able to access their investments on their personalized portals on the fund administrator’s platform.
We expect to exit our investments either through a sale of interest in portfolio companies, sale of physical assets, secondary sale of fund interest and other strategic sources.
Individual investors and/or groups have the option to also invest through an entity. We recommend contacting the fund if you plan to invest through a newly formed entity.
Given the long-term nature of our investments, redemptions are not at the discretion of the investor. Investors may receive distributions when the fund realizes or exits an investment. The fund may also receive periodic cashflows from investments in the form of dividends, which would be distributed to investors as well, subject to the partnership agreement.
In the annual reports, the Fund will provide information on the net asset value (total assets minus total liabilities) of the fund within the portfolio companies. Investors with specific concerns are always welcome to contact the team on [email protected]
Yes. Investors can participate again in subsequent fundraising rounds or re-up their investments in an active fund prior to final closing. Investors should however note that certain secondary investment opportunities may have earlier final closings than the overall fund. Investors may also direct the General Partner to reinvest any expected distribution.
IHG cannot prescribe or guarantee the total expected return. Notwithstanding, the Fund would furnish investors with information on the expected return from each investment based on internal or audited valuation.
We welcome all people who may consider themselves knowledgeable enough as regards the financial benefits of a private investment and the risks associated. Please note that IHG reserves the right to employ a selection criterion aimed that maximizing the fund’s capacity.
The fund is currently based on three core strategies including venture capital investments in startups, real estate, and other opportunistic investments.

Yes. However, for compliance reasons, any investment through an entity created for the sole purpose of investing in IHG funds will be subject to the “look through” provision (1) . Notwithstanding, individuals with an already existing entity can pool funds and invest through that entity.
Given the asset class, which for now is equity investments in ventures, invested capital cannot be withdrawn until the fund exits an investment or sells interest. Distributions from the fund will be in the form of dividends received from portfolio companies and/or proceeds from exiting an investment.
Ownership of the total fund size will be on a pro-rata basis i.e., as percentage of the total amount contributed. Ownership in a portfolio company will be subject to other valuation considerations. IHG will furnish investors with information on the net asset values of portfolio companies and investor’s respective ownership of the fund.

Expected return is on case-by-case. For investments with a track record of performance, investors can consult the historical performance of the investment to facilitate decision-making. This information will be made available in marketing materials. For greenfield investments, IHG may include a preferred rate (minimum expected return) based on the prevailing opportunity cost of funds. Note that IHG cannot prescribe/guarantee the total expected return from an investment to its investors
Once funds are raised, investment decisions regarding asset type/class, timing and deployment will be the responsibility of IHG and will be guided by strategies that produce reasonable risk-adjusted returns.
